OAK TRAINING.
Individualy and business related, many of us have done Personality analysis, Intelligence analysis and or Psychosomatic analises, and many HR departments use these systems to see if you fit in with their qualifying profile. What they do not do, is find out what how you think and how you process data.
John Usher with 25 years experience behind him, put together a way to measure the way we process data. The Potential Profiler is the result of those 25 years. So of bat, to make it understood, the Potential Profiler is NOT a Personality, an Intelligence or a Psychosomatic analysis. So what makes this Profiler different, you may well ask - let us look briefly at the WHY.
Our consciousness handles billions of dat bits per second, that if we had to handle it as it came in would cause a melt down. Inside our brain, we not only have a perfect filing system, collating everything we experience into one massive hard drive, we also possess a filtering system that filters all the incoming data which in turn affects the out going data. These filters are the same in each of us but that is where the sameness ends.
Based on our cultural background and how we were raised determines how we react to life's daily challenges. However, we each have a unique way of responding to other people or situation.
John Usher's Potential Profiler measures how we respond to situations and communication. None of us experience situations the same. For that reason five individuals will give five different versions of the same event, because they each experience the same event in their own version of how they are. Begs the question, how do you think you communicate ? How will the knowledge of how you process stuff help you in the work place, with your family or friends?
